MTA Winter Storm Juno Update
MTA Long Island Rail Road, MTA Metro-North Railroad, MTA NYC Transit Bus and Subway Service -- including Staten Island Railway (SIR) -- is gradually being restored. Service will operate on a Sunday schedule for today, Tuesday, January 27th. All nine MTA Bridge & Tunnel facilities are open to vehicular traffic. 
Service will operate on a full weekday schedule on Wednesday, January 28th.

New York City Transit
MTA New York City Transit subway and bus service will operate on a Sunday schedule beginning at noon today.  The subway fleet was stored underground throughout the night and limited service was resumed on all lines at 8:42 a.m. Bus service will be resumed incrementally and customers should be aware that some local detours may be in effect.
Throughout the City, officials of the Department of buses are surveying routes from end to end to make certain that road conditions are suitable for safety.  While employee are working to clear ice and snow from subway station stairs and platforms, safety remains our highest priority customers should still walk with caution.
Long Island Rail Road
The Long Island Rail Road is expected to begin operating trains on its electrified branches on a Sunday schedule around noontime. While snow removal efforts continue, train service will remain suspended on the following branches:
Montauk Branch east of Babylon
Greenport to Ronkonkoma
Port Jefferson Branch east of Huntington
Oyster Bay Branch
Metro-North Railroad
Metro-North will resume service today, operating a Sunday schedule on the Hudson & Harlem Lines beginning at approximately 11 AM; and on the New Haven Line starting at 1 PM. Metro-North will operate a regular schedule on Wednesday, January 28.
